What is a Questionnaire?

A Questionnaire is an opportunity for students to provide staff with feedback on anything from lectures to entire modules. A Questionnaire can be identified by the green icon shown below.

Completing a Questionnaire

To view the Questionnaire, click on the Questionnaire icon or title.

Click the 'Answer the questions' button.

You will then be presented with the questions which will vary depending on the Questionnaire. The questionnaire may include different types of question such as checkboxes and text input areas and some questions may require an answer while others are optional.

Once you have finished answering the questions, press the 'Submit questionnaire' button.

Viewing responses

Some Questionnaires are set up to allow students to edit responses as well as view the responses of others.

If this has been set up in the questionnaire that you have completed, and you want to answer the questions again and/or view your response and the responses of others, click the Questionnaire icon to open it.

You will then be presented with available options depending on how the questionnaire has been set up.
