How to Download the App
If you experience any issues installing the app, please email email@example.com
Accessing the Student Portal on your PC
The student portal is the web-based version of the Falmouth App, to access it, visit student.falmouth.ac.uk
You will be asked to sign in with your university email and password.
Description: Quickly access your student email online.
Not receiving new emails?
First check you can log in and access emails at https://outlook.office365.com/owa/. Next, check you have a good internet connection and then restart the app.
Description: View your timetabled sessions and Outlook appointments in one place.
My timetable is empty or showing the wrong information?
Description: Your learning materials and assessment information with single sign-on access.
Learning Space doesn't automatically log me in when I click on one of my modules in the app?
Can't find something on the Learning Space?
Please contact your module leader.
Description: Update your contact information and view grades.
Can't log in to MyFalmouth?
Check you can log in at myfalmouth.falmouth.ac.uk. If you can, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, if not, you may need to reset your password, if that still doesn't work, please contact email@example.com
